We used to manage our property, but decided to hire Ballard property management before moving abroad. It was the best decision ever. They gave professional advice and maintained our property well for the past 2 years. Communication through email was easy and they respond fast. The larger unit did took more time to lease out, but they were able to find us a tenant eventually. Would recommend as landlords!
Avoid Ballard Realty at all costs. My experience with Ballard Realty has been incredibly frustrating and at times outright misleading. First, misleading renter’s insurance charges. We provided proof of renter’s insurance and explicitly asked for the fees to be removed. Monica responded with: “The charges have been reversed.” Any reasonable tenant would interpret that as the issue being resolved. Would not recommend Ballard Realty as we lost our entire deposit for no reason. Things were generally ok during our time living at the apartment but honestly just beware when it comes to your security deposit. We left the place in meticulously clean condition, easily much cleaner than when we moved in (we had to clean and update a lot ourselves). It's been an absolute pleasure working with the team from Ballard Realty Property Management. They've been friendly, professional, insightful, transparent, and proactive in helping me manage my condo, from finding a tenant, to managing the month-to-month activities. In particular, I've been working with Angela and she's been very helpful and accessible, replying promptly and available to jump on a call as needed. I would highly recommend neighbors in Ballard to work with Ballard Realty.
I lived there for five years and I was very happy. The staff was very responsive to any issues or maintenance request. They were also very kind and friendly which I appreciated. The property was well maintained indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new apartment in addition, it’s a very nice neighborhood. Can walk around and feel safe and there are a lot of amenities nearby.
