We used to manage our property, but decided to hire Ballard property management before moving abroad. It was the best decision ever. They gave professional advice and maintained our property well for the past 2 years. Communication through email was easy and they respond fast. The larger unit did took more time to lease out, but they were able to find us a tenant eventually. Would recommend as landlords!
I recently signed a lease with Ballard Realty and everyone I’ve met and worked with were extremely friendly and helpful. From the gentleman at the front desk, to all the ladies that work in the leasing office. Answered all questions and made the entire process easy and painless.
Avoid Ballard Realty at all costs. My experience with Ballard Realty has been incredibly frustrating and at times outright misleading. First, misleading renter’s insurance charges. We provided proof of renter’s insurance and explicitly asked for the fees to be removed. Monica responded with: “The charges have been reversed.” Any reasonable tenant would interpret that as the issue being resolved. They've been friendly, professional, insightful, transparent, and proactive in helping me manage my condo, from finding a tenant, to managing the month-to-month activities. In particular, I've been working with Angela and she's been very helpful and accessible, replying promptly and available to jump on a call as needed.
