Whereas Nikki was great to work with, I am not thrilled about being notified that our loan was sold to Mr Cooper mortgage services 10 days after we closed with bank south. A simple search of the name Mr. Cooper reveals a lawsuit of them mishandling mortgages of their current homeowners. With the possibility of someone else's loan being sold to them too I CAN NOT recommend bank south to others.
Jennifer and her team were very friendly, informative and kind during the entire process. She was very personable yet professional at all times. I really appreciate the smooth process in buying my new home!
