Whereas Nikki was great to work with, I am not thrilled about being notified that our loan was sold to Mr Cooper mortgage services 10 days after we closed with bank south. A simple search of the name Mr. Cooper reveals a lawsuit of them mishandling mortgages of their current homeowners. With the possibility of someone else's loan being sold to them too I CAN NOT recommend bank south to others.
Nikki was outstanding to work with. As a realtor, she always does a great job with my clients and I never hesitate to refer her to anyone. Such a great job that I decided to trust her as my lender for my own personal transaction for my first investment.
