Jason was outstanding with his layout advice and expertise. He was very much interested in how the new bathroom will be used by my family and the best electrical service to make that happen. Jason was also timely, friendly and hard working! Definitely use Bantam again!
Jason is hands down the best electrician I have ever used. I have used him several times on my own personal property. Being in the real estate world, my clients are always looking for trades people, and I am honored to give them Jason‘s info and know that they will be handled with professionalism and care. Also his meticulous detail to make each job look flawless and perfect for the customer is something that really stands out to me. I couldn’t recommend him more.
Jason, the owner, was very inefficient and when he came he would not do the work at hand but spent only short bursts of time leaving things partially done. When I expressed disappointment he was rude, accusatory. He left the job in disarray and did haphazard work. I had paid him 90% of his contract and I found there was more than 20% left. Excellent service, friendly and professional. I bought a new oven and discovered that the old one was hardwired into the wall. Jason did a great job installing the new outlet. He was actually concerned for our safety and upgraded the box. It is great to find a local electrician who is honest and cares about making my home safe. I highly recommend Bantam Electric.
Bantam Electric was great. Jason came over to check out the requests and provided a lot of insight and context as to what he would need to do. He worked efficiently and brought us into the conversation when needed to update us on any obstacles and recommend solutions. He was very tidy and treated our home with care as he worked.
