Jason, the owner, was very inefficient and when he came he would not do the work at hand but spent only short bursts of time leaving things partially done. When I expressed disappointment he was rude, accusatory. He left the job in disarray and did haphazard work. I had paid him 90% of his contract and I found there was more than 20% left. Jason was outstanding with his layout advice and expertise. He was very much interested in how the new bathroom will be used by my family and the best electrical service to make that happen. Jason was also timely, friendly and hard working! Definitely use Bantam again!
Bantam Electric was great. Jason came over to check out the requests and provided a lot of insight and context as to what he would need to do. He worked efficiently and brought us into the conversation when needed to update us on any obstacles and recommend solutions. He was very tidy and treated our home with care as he worked. Great experience with Jason at Bantam Electric. From initial communication, Jason was very responsive. An appointment for EV wall charger installation was scheduled and Jason arrived on time as scheduled. All work was completed efficiently and professionally.
