I’ve had a great experience living at Banyan at South Mountain. The community is well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Sean from the maintenance team is especially amazing. He’s very knowledgeable, clearly knows what he’s talking about, and always takes the time to explain things. My sister and I moved in last February and it has been a great 11 months living here. I was able to snag a tour appointment in December of 2023 and meet Nicole. From the beginning of the tour, up till the day I picked up the keys for move in, Nicole has been engaging and sweet. I find her to be very communicative and helpful, while being genuinely kind. I lived at Banyan for a year, unfortunately I had a bad experience here. The home and community grounds were nice, and maintenance was quick to respond, and friendly; for that I will give 3 stars! If it weren’t for the pest issue, this would be a great place to live. However, we had a severe cricket infestation, we killed over 500 crickets in one year. We had pest services come multiple times and maintenance come to caulk, however neither seemed to help. There were baby crickets in the home as well indicating they were repro... read more
I recently had the pleasure of touring here and it was an experience I won’t forget. The common areas were well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. In July 2024, I relocated to my new home from another state, and Nicole was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the process.
