Went here on Friday to view floor plans and staff and property are amazing! Was greeted and treated with care and kindness…which goes a long way. Place is very peaceful! So glad I stopped in and will be going back to put in my app and recommending to my sister!
I lived at Banyan for a year, unfortunately I had a bad experience here. The home and community grounds were nice, and maintenance was quick to respond, and friendly; for that I will give 3 stars! If it weren’t for the pest issue, this would be a great place to live. However, we had a severe cricket infestation, we killed over 500 crickets in one year. UNPROFESSIONAL- New tenant here, the initial leasing process has been very disappointing, unproffesional to say the least. I had to constantly check up on them to sign and deliver all necessary documents, bad communication. Then prior to moving in I had scheduled an appointment to see the actual home, an appointment which was confirmed by them, showed up as scheduled and nothing. Was hoping for a good start but it has been the total opposite.
Imani is literally the BEST! She’s always here to listen to anything I need. Ready to listen and do what she can. Sean (hopefully I’m spelling that right) is so efficient! Work orders get done right away.
My sister and I moved in last February and it has been a great 11 months living here. I was able to snag a tour appointment in December of 2023 and meet Nicole. From the beginning of the tour, up till the day I picked up the keys for move in, Nicole has been engaging and sweet. I find her to be very communicative and helpful, while being genuinely kind.
