I recently had the pleasure of touring here and it was an experience I won’t forget. The common areas were well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My sister and I moved in last February and it has been a great 11 months living here. I was able to snag a tour appointment in December of 2023 and meet Nicole. From the beginning of the tour, up till the day I picked up the keys for move in, Nicole has been engaging and sweet. I find her to be very communicative and helpful, while being genuinely kind. I recently toured with Nicole and the experience was amazing. I will definitely be leasing here once there is availability. I would recommend touring with Nicole to any of my friends and family.

Scheduled a tour over the phone with personnel in the office. Drove a considerable distance to view the model. Waited outside the unit for 20 mins. Called the office number left on the sign and spoke with the maintenance tech who reached out to Nicole (the manager) directly, nobody ever got a response. Extremely unprofessional first and lasting impression. Looked at some of the other reviews with a similar complaint as mine, several if not all are from people who appear to be Black. Aasha was absolutely incredible on the phone! I called about considering a move to AZ and she was such a pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions and then gave me answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask. Honestly this experience alone has made me feel like I don’t even want to look anywhere else and this was the first property that I called. 11/10 experience, this employee is worth every penny you all are paying her, please pay her more!!!
