Stayed here for a year left the rented unit cleaned better when we stayed. Didn’t return our deposit and told they need to replace the carpet to meet standards. If the company has standard then the Hallway carpet has lots stains, pet shit, and smells but didn’t get replaced. Where’s the standard on public areas when it’s company responsibility.
I loved living here! The staff/leasing team especially Sierra was always super responsive and friendly. They made my stay simple and smooth. The apartments themselves are beautiful inside! The maintenance team is very kind and quick to address concerns. I recommend Banyan on Washington to anyone and I am grateful for the time spent here!
Absolutely over being woken up to constant noise!!! Don’t move here if you are shown a unit in building B. Mark Taylor made a horrible decision building this apartment next to a business that operates every single day. If it’s not wood being chopped, it’s people talking or music being played from that area. It affects remote work, disrupts our pets and most importantly our sleep. Rent is way too expensive to wake up to this EVERY morning; especially on a Saturday!
New here and so far so good! The initial meet/walk through was great Office staff has been great help and quick with responding, I had one maintenance request when I moved in and it was fixed the next day and been good since. They are always hosting something in the main building or by the pool which I like. I do believe in using what you pay for so having the gym and pool available and always in good condition is great! I have lived here for almost a year and have absolutely loved it! The front office staff is SO NICE, and the maintenance guys are SO HELPFUL and nice as well. When we have issues or things that need fixed, the Banyan Team is quick to respond and help us out! If you are looking for a new place to live I highly recommend talking to Sierra in the office, she is great and was so helpful when I signed my lease with her!
