I've lived here for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the property and all the positive changes since Kristen became the manager. She always goes above and beyond to help residents, is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about making this a great place to live. I really appreciate everything she does and highly recommend this community!
I've really enjoyed living at Banyan on Washington. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, the leasing team has been professional, responsive, and willing to help. This property has great amenities. We love the freshness of the modern design and how new everything feels. It’s a small property, but it has everything you need with a modern feel to it. Great pool area, beautiful rooftop balcony and a fantastic gym with plenty of gym equipment. I particularly appreciate the app and how easy it is to communicate with one another. I just moved here recently and I can already say I will not be renewing my lease. When I arrived it seemed like nobody cleaned the apartment. There’s stains on the wall, baseboards are dirty & the washer did not work. The washer had dirty water from previous user which made the apartment smell. On top of that, the fridge was unplugged which also made the apartment stink. PARKING IS A DISASTER! They have available parking across the street, that is not gated, but that means you have no view of your car. People park in the fir... read more
Maintenance and management teams are the best - both super responsive and super kind! Was helped with some non-urgent maintenance concerns this morning (only filed them last night!) by Victor and George, who explained every step of the process super informatively and even shared tips/tools (prompted) for keeping everything in top shape!
