any review on here that is positive is because the management had a raffle for potential rent reduction if you leave a 5 star rating. i’ve lived here with my roommate for 6 months and our entire hallway is infested with dog urine. multiple other tenants let their dogs urinate in the carpet hallways and stairwells. it has made this apartment borderline unlivable. the smell is revolting and the ammonia is thick in the air. i am embarassed to bring any guests over as they always make comments. me and my roommate and other neigh... read more
Stayed here for a year left the rented unit cleaned better when we stayed. Didn’t return our deposit and told they need to replace the carpet to meet standards. If the company has standard then the Hallway carpet has lots stains, pet shit, and smells but didn’t get replaced. Where’s the standard on public areas when it’s company responsibility.
I loved living here! The staff/leasing team especially Sierra was always super responsive and friendly. They made my stay simple and smooth. The apartments themselves are beautiful inside! The maintenance team is very kind and quick to address concerns. I recommend Banyan on Washington to anyone and I am grateful for the time spent here!
Absolutely over being woken up to constant noise!!! Don’t move here if you are shown a unit in building B. Mark Taylor made a horrible decision building this apartment next to a business that operates every single day. If it’s not wood being chopped, it’s people talking or music being played from that area. It affects remote work, disrupts our pets and most importantly our sleep. Rent is way too expensive to wake up to this EVERY morning; especially on a Saturday!
Good apartment, never had any disturbing issues. Good management team/ maintenance team, kind + helps sorting out issues quickly. The only complaint I have is the autopayment system. Sometimes there will be remaining balance even when I set "PAY FULL AMOUNT", and got charged a lot of late fees. Hope this will be fixed soon.
