I just moved here recently and I can already say I will not be renewing my lease. When I arrived it seemed like nobody cleaned the apartment. There’s stains on the wall, baseboards are dirty & the washer did not work. The washer had dirty water from previous user which made the apartment smell. On top of that, the fridge was unplugged which also made the apartment stink. PARKING IS A DISASTER! I had serious safety and sanitation concerns while living at Banyan on Washington. The most alarming incident happened when I was inside my apartment and suddenly noticed my front door slowly opening. A man I did not recognize was entering my apartment without knocking or announcing himself. I was terrified and thought someone was breaking into my home. Edit: I wanted to change my initial review for two reasons. First I received a call from Yammy. She was exceptionally kind and wanted to make right by what occurred. Then I received a call from the manager Kristin. She was sweet, took her time to ask questions and apologize repeatedly For what happened. any review on here that is positive is because the management had a raffle for potential rent reduction if you leave a 5 star rating. i’ve lived here with my roommate for 6 months and our entire hallway is infested with dog urine. multiple other tenants let their dogs urinate in the carpet hallways and stairwells. it has made this apartment borderline unlivable. the smell is revolting and the ammonia is thick in the air. i am embarassed to bring any guests over as they always make comments. me and my roommate and other neigh... read more

Stayed here for a year left the rented unit cleaned better when we stayed. Didn’t return our deposit and told they need to replace the carpet to meet standards. If the company has standard then the Hallway carpet has lots stains, pet shit, and smells but didn’t get replaced. Where’s the standard on public areas when it’s company responsibility.
