Love love love it here. We toured with sierra and she was amazing. Then she helped us apply, and we got approved and we move in this Saturday! There are fees etc but they are made very clear before move in and broken down so you understand payment! The building is gorgeous the gym is to die for! And just oh my I love everything about this building and environment exactly what I wanted when looking for a apartment!
Apartments are nice. Pool is nice, amenities are nice. However, security is really bad and scary. In the short time I’ve lived there , my car window has been smashed and broken into , the person below my apartment got their APARTMENT window smashed and robbed. The secure doors to our apartment complex + the parking lots are constantly broken and wide open for the public who wants to come in. Probably the least safe I’ve felt anywhere I’ve lived
The 5-star reviews are by people who have never lived here. The 1-star reviews are those who have had to endure living in this apartment complex. For a two bedroom apartment, I pay $2500 per month. Management says they are upfront about the fees but when I moved in July 2023, they were not clear about the insane amount of fees. You pay for the complex's electricity and gas bill which adds an extra $86 per month to your apartment's utility bills. Ive been living here since August of 2023 and its been great. Sierra is very helpful and communicates well. My only issue is parking. There is literally 10 visitor spots for all 3 buildings, each being 4-5 floors. That is not near enough spots to accommodate 3 buildings. Visitors are left to pay for a spot through an app, but even now, those are ALL FULL. With the price you pay for these apartments, 10 parking spots for visitors is insane. Will not be returning after my lease is up
WARNING! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The property manager and maintenance team all quit at the same time. For a brand new place, something is always broken.The apartment is poorly constructed and was covered in construction dust when I moved in. This apartment complex is located next door to a wood chopping company and in front of the welfare office. The wood chopping starts at 6AM. When we moved in there was a huge homeless village on our street. A lot of homeless hang around the welfare office and in front of the apartment complex. ... read more
