This community is exactly what we need... We arent ready to buy a home because of the interest rates, so we found a home we can rent without all the responsibility behind it. Brand new and perfect! Nicole was amazing and made us feel at home. I love that its near South Mountain, we enjoy the restaurant's near by and feeding the horses at Ponderosa, love it.
