I had a bad experience with a couple therapists and Kahlia called and made it right. She validated my experience, she made me feel heard and she assigned me someone new. They are actually very professional and they take on veterans, like myself, who struggle with VA bureaucracy. Having someone call me and make me feel like I wasn't crazy for having a bad experience makes all the difference. I think they're great.
I felt very welcomed and safe here. They handled my tough times and helped me work through it. Highly recommend!
