Always professional and efficient. We use Sherwood Urgent Care often when our kids are sick. We are in and out in no time. Excellent care and location.
I came in with an issue, gave a sample, and left. They said they'd call me with the results. They called, but to tell me they lost my sample. I still got a bill after getting no answers and no treatment. I paid the bill and this place absolutely WON'T send me a confirmation number or a receipt. They said to check my bank statement. That's not a receipt. If they lost my sample, they'll lose financial records. Save yourself the time and just go to the ER. It'll cost more (not much) but you'll at least be treated.
I went to this urgent care on Thursday at 1pm. I was seen and helped and told that they would be sending some prescriptions to my pharmacy. I didn't get any notifications about my prescriptions being ready that day. The next morning I called my pharmacy to see if they had even been sent the prescriptions, and they said that hadn't. I called this location and asked if they had sent them to my pharmacy. They told me it was different people in there from the day before, so she would leave them a note in the back to remind them ... read more
It's ridiculous how the front desk staff talked to me. The digital paperwork has to be completed every time you register. It's insane the wait time.
Horribly long wait just to be brushed off and sent home with no answers or prescription. This is not the first time this type of thing has happened to us at this location. Will never be back.
NEVER GO HERE! I came in with a UTI, which I have gotten periodically for the last 5 years. I explained to the doctor that I am a collage student really struggling with money. I asked her if we could do the bare minimum - I dont have the money to pay $300 to simply treat a uti I told her. Especially since I knew what it was. She told me it would cost 100$ + the cost of prescription with my insurance. Low and behold, without telling me, my urine samples were sent off and tested for two lab screenings...
