Been using this facility for several years now and have had nothing but good experiences. Even had someone call and check on me to make sure I was getting better. They take good care of me. Highly recommend this one.
I have severe anxiety due to bad experiences at many different doctors/urgent cares. I had the most amazing experience at Sherwood Urgent Care. Doctor and nurses were SO kind and caring. Definitely recommend, I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
Best experience ever!! I saw Julia Chambers at my last visit to your clinic, and I have to say that I couldn't have been happier! I'm a gay male and it's hard to find open minded and judge free doctors that you feel comfortable around. Julia was so easy to talk to and I have told everyone about my experience with her. Your ANP's and nursing staff are on par (or better) that most primary care clinics that I've visited. Somehow you've found a way to handle a large number of patients without long wait times and yet still give each patient as much time as needed. Competence, compassionate, friendliness, efficiency, and a caring attitude rate you a "10" in my book.
Even with an appointment and paper work filled out I'm still waiting to be seen 2.0 hours later. Complains of being understaffed. Just here for negative TB test. Takes your payment the first 10 minutes you are here. But still haven't been seen! After 2.3 hours they discover they don't have the testing supplies. We have lives and jobs to get to also. Understaffed HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES AT FAIR WAGES. That might just help.
Gave me the wrong person visit summery then I go to pick up my RX well guess what it was my RX but the name was the person on the wrong visit summery they gave me I had to go back and get it straightened out and have my Rx called in under my name.
Today was not a good day for us at Sherwood Urgent Care on Dave Ward. The receptionist Kristen was extraordinarily rude. We decided to wait until the Conway Regional's afterhours clinic opened. Too bad for us because in the past, we have found the nurses and doctor very pleasant. If you have an expectation of being treated decently, go somewhere else.
Nurse ...CARLA .. .has got to be one of the rudest "professionals" I have ever dealt with. I had to CALL regarding a prescription and she slurped her drink in my ear numerous times and answered all questions with a yay and then told me to call back in the morning. Too many "walk in clinics" to have to deal with this unprofessionalism.

Walked in and was greeted with, "you're gone' hafta wait until I finish this" by the receptionist after standing in front of the closed partition window for 10 minutes. Immediately walked out. I refuse to return to a walk-in clinic that utilizes rude employees as greeters to their customers and potential patients. I'd rather go to work sick. Do not recommend at all!
