I actually showed up 15 minutes before they were about to close on a Thursday evening. I was checked in with care and seen promptly (considering no others were there) The fact they took me in and saw me right before closing meant a lot. There was no rushing. Brittnay Wiles was truly understanding to my needs. She even wrote down the instructions for the things to pick up at the pharmacy. My husband and I waited over three hours, last Sunday, to see a doctor for his upper respiratory infection. After sitting for two + hours in the waiting area, one of the patients sitting beside him mentioned the clinic now takes appointments. We've used that same clinic several times before and it was walk-ins only. So, guess they were having to work my husband into their schedule. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I rarely leave reviews but I felt this one was important. I have a semi rare chronic condition that is often misunderstood and most doctor visits in the past have left me feeling dismissed doubted or like I had to fight just to be believed. When I came to this office for pain management for a dislocation I mentioned my condition expecting the usual pushback but instead I experienced the complete opposite. Ajia at the front desk was so sweet on the phone and in the office. Our nurse and doctor were very nice, efficient, and thorough. We had three appointments (sick family) and were still in and out in an hour. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - especially on a snow day!
