After being sick for the ninth day in a row, with a cold turned respiratory infection, and having done a teledoc visit that prescribed a cough medicine which didn’t help the night before. Ajia at the front desk was so sweet on the phone and in the office. Our nurse and doctor were very nice, efficient, and thorough. We had three appointments (sick family) and were still in and out in an hour. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - especially on a snow day!
I would not go back to this urgent care clinic on a bet I went in for a referral to and ortho doctor as I slipped and fell on the ice this last cold spell and broke my T7 vertebra because my insurance requires one and the Chi st Vincent North does not give out referrals. So she gave me a referral muscle relaxers but I told her I didn’t want pain meds I ask for the lidocaine 5% tropical pain, cream and the lidocaine 5% patches well my Aunt my insurance also requires a pre-authorization for those two products I called the insu... read more
The receptionist was nice and efficient. I only sat in the waiting room about 5 minutes before being called back. The CNA/PCT had called in sick. The Radiology tech was helping call patients back and do vital signs. She was very sweet, and great personality. The APN was excellent. She was patient and listened to what was wrong with me. She listened to my chest, looked in my throat and ears. She was very thorough with her exam. She sent me for a chest x-ray. Really impressed with the facility. Staff was very exceptional. The wait time given was accurate. Shawna at the front office was courteous and sweet. Jeb - my check in nurse was kind. Megan - NP made me feel comfortable and she was very polite and fun at same time.
