This place deserves every 5-star review they have received. Went here late on a Saturday with a broken hand. From our initial phone call to the minute we walked out the door (an hour after closing), we were treated with exceptional care. The receptionist was literally perfect. It cannot be overstated just how important managing expectations is and this young woman is an expert. I had a very good experience there. I wouldn't. They took me in, took care of my eye. I tell you it felt like a new eyeball. After that, nose practitioner puts some stuff in my eye. And it gave me some antibiotic at appointment, and I'm telling you, I'm so much better. Now I thank you very much to them urgent care. On jfk they're very good
My wife called the Baptist Urgent 🚨 Care after we spent over four hours at the Baptist ER hospital without being seen by a physician. The Baptist Urgent care gave us immediate attention. They were kind, caring and supportive at the JFK location. What was so great was the fact they were transparent about what they could do to assist, repair and recommend! Really impressed with the facility. Staff was very exceptional. The wait time given was accurate. Shawna at the front office was courteous and sweet. Jeb - my check in nurse was kind. Megan - NP made me feel comfortable and she was very polite and fun at same time.
After being sick for the ninth day in a row, with a cold turned respiratory infection, and having done a teledoc visit that prescribed a cough medicine which didn’t help the night before. I decided to stop in the clinic on my way home from an event. I knew it was near closing time and truly only expected a couple of people to be working.
