Really impressed with the facility. Staff was very exceptional. The wait time given was accurate. Shawna at the front office was courteous and sweet. Jeb - my check in nurse was kind. Megan - NP made me feel comfortable and she was very polite and fun at same time.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I rarely leave reviews but I felt this one was important. I have a semi rare chronic condition that is often misunderstood and most doctor visits in the past have left me feeling dismissed doubted or like I had to fight just to be believed. When I came to this office for pain management for a dislocation I mentioned my condition expecting the usual pushback but instead I experienced the complete opposite. I brought my 10 year old son in to be seen for a very bad cough that had been occurring throughout the day that I had treated with OTC cough suppressant to no avail and then presented a 100.5 fever at home after appearing flushed and very tired. When we were called back the intake nurse used a forehead thermometer and said his temp was 97.5. Been sick with URI, SI, INFLAMMED EYES and CHEST3-4weeks. My doctor on holiday IN at 1055 AM, waited ~30-35 min. Called back, saw APN, listed my issues, and addressed each one. Rec. Injection and was painless. This staff most professional, and very efficient. I worked at SVI over 30+ years. Will def. Be back if issues reappear in future. Thank you all so much. I will be able to enjoy Christmas with family now . Steve Vogler.
Staff were great, friendly & professional. Had a long wait even with an appointment. But it was a holiday week. Once in the room I was seen promptly & quite happy with the time doctor spent with me. Definitely would recommend them
