ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I rarely leave reviews but I felt this one was important. I have a semi rare chronic condition that is often misunderstood and most doctor visits in the past have left me feeling dismissed doubted or like I had to fight just to be believed. When I came to this office for pain management for a dislocation I mentioned my condition expecting the usual pushback but instead I experienced the complete opposite. Visiting from out of state and got ill. Went to Baptist Urgent Care. Had an excellent experience - front desk was friendly and efficient; was seen almost immediately - about 5 minutes after completing my paperwork; and the nurse practitioner was pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic.
Really impressed with the facility. Staff was very exceptional. The wait time given was accurate. Shawna at the front office was courteous and sweet. Jeb - my check in nurse was kind. Megan - NP made me feel comfortable and she was very polite and fun at same time.
Been sick with URI, SI, INFLAMMED EYES and CHEST3-4weeks. My doctor on holiday IN at 1055 AM, waited ~30-35 min. Called back, saw APN, listed my issues, and addressed each one. Rec. Injection and was painless. This staff most professional, and very efficient. I worked at SVI over 30+ years. Will def. Be back if issues reappear in future. Thank you all so much. I had fallen and hit my elbow really really bad and I heard crackling and popping and I was very very swollen and bruised so I went for the first time to Baptist health urgent Care and it was a great experience. No wait whatsoever just like 5 minutes. And my doctor was great. I did not have a fracture or anything of the kind, she said it was probably cartilage and told me what to do about that. R I C E. I had like three X-rays and I'm glad we have such a facility nearby. Thanks
