I was hesitant to go to an urgent care, but my primary care physician doesn't have a Saturday clinic. The BHUC online booking process was super easy. Loaded all of my paperwork without issue. On arrival, the facility is attractive and clean. The receptionist was kind and the intake nurse was incredibly considerate too. When they thought my wait might be extended due to the immediate care needed by another patient, she came to check on me and offered me water!! Regardless, it wasn't a terribly long wait. Attempted to go to the one on 511 W Main in Russellville. They informed me that I would have to make a co-pay in order to get service when I have never had to before. I have a health reimbursement account that has no need for co-pays unless I have no money left in the account which I do. The lady at front desk said I was required to pay anyway with the information she was receiving on her computer and when I suggested she call my insurance she said even if I have no copay I would still have to pay according to their policy. ... read more
