I received help from Nicole this winter. I thought her care was excellent. She was focused, attentive, caring & I believe diagnosed my problem as pneumonia accurately. I thought she was unusually focused, customer oriented & caring and reflected the highest credit upon this agency.

First and foremost, I believe it's important to recognize and appreciate when a business takes action to enhance your experience. Today, my experience transformed from frustration to satisfaction, leading me to write a glowing review. This significant improvement was due to the prompt communication and efforts of the Director of Operations and the Provider who answered the phone on her day off. Thank you both!

What an amazing team! I was in a rush and a panic when I walked in due to a infected tick bite! Brandi greeted me with a smile when I walked in and was extremely professional and helpful in every way! Jessica brought me back quickly and I was seen by the provider - Amy within minutes!! I was treated and a prescription was called in as soon as I was finished. No messing around - no waiting - ALL professional, helpful, and courteous! I can't thank you enough!

Insurance filing is VERY POOR. This location is part of Crossroads, a business with dozens of locations and is based in Murfreesboro. Sent 2 different bills from differently named places stating payment due on receipt. Both sent before Medicare could process and therefore my secondary insurance. Sent within days of visit. I went in for a persistent cough, sore throat, stuffy head. The girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. The nurse practitioner that I saw was nice. He looked in my ears, but never looked in my throat. He listened to my chest, and told me he was going to treat it as a bacterial, sinus infection and call me in an anabiotic, cough medicine, and a steroid pack. Nurse was nice. Doctor gave bad vibes. Completely mis-diagnosed the issue. Ended up in the ER. Stayed there for quite a while. They don't care about your well being.
