Dr. Trint Gunnels is a very good Dr. I would recommend him to everyone. He knows how to make my experience there comfortable. Easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable about my questions. He makes going to the Dr. Not so scary. I finally found the right Dr. For me and the right staff that knows how to get things done. Thanks Dr. Trint Gunnels for making things better for me with my health. You are a awesome Dr.
Everyone at Baptist Urgent Care was just wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses and especially Dr. Gunnels. They were kind, compassionate and very helpful. If I need medical attention again, I will certainly return. I'm very appreciative for their service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend them to anyone asking for recommendations. If it were not for them I may have went home instead of the emergency room. The nurse was very insistent and showed a lot of emotion and worry so I followed her instructions and it probably saved my life.
The time I sat there waiting to be seen I should have went to the ER. Then, when I finally get in the back of the waiting room. I sat even longer just to be told to go across the street to get a ultrasound, but when I get there to do the ultrasound they tell me scheduled ultrasounds are full and I would have to go through the ER to get a unscheduled ultrasound as if I wasn’t waiting long enough in moderate pain to find out what is going on with me.
