Very nice apartments.

Pros: - No alternate side street parking and a spot comes with rent - Central air along with a washer and dryer in apartment - Low rent - 20 minute walk from the Grove Path station Cons: - Slow, bordering on invisible, maintenance service if anything in apartment stops working - Thin walls - Revolving door of management staff - Front office doesn't keep regular office hours
