Resident of 3 years, the complex is quickly becoming more unsafe and unlivable all while they up the rent. Homeless harassing residents and going through dumpsters at all hours as well as gang activity have increased year over year in my time living here. Cars being stolen and broken into on a regular basis and most of the complex falling into disrepair. The one bright spot with these apartments is the maintenance guys, Ronny and Julio. They are wonderful guys and have been there every time I needed them. Thank you Ronny land thank you Julio! You are A Plus and deserve a raise I’m sure! This rating of 5 stars is for them and the carousel of ladies that come and go in the rental office. My experience here has been Awful! the office people will tell you they will send someone to come fix the issues but never come. My bathtub shower has been running nonstop for about 8 months now. My hot water went out, my heating went out as well we had to depend on our oven to keep us warm during the winter. I’ve paid my rent on time and pay way too much just them to not come fix the issues! All they care about is the money not their tenant's. I DO NOT Recommend Living here!!!!
I love my apartment! And the staff has been more than accommodating. It's been quite and peaceful, given it is so close to yale and the hospital.. back one unit from Yale, I don't even notice the ambulances.. okay, sometimes, when I'm on my balcony, I'll notice them.. but I spend a lot of time on my balcony, and it's a non-issue to me.. And I really have to give it to the girls there at the office, two of them for the total number of tenants... Bravo 👏! I can only imagine what they put up with... Keep up the good work! Leaving a 5 star being a 3 year long resident. Despite the ups and downs the folks here are really trying to shape it into something nice. Big shout out to Ronnie in maintenance in particular, he's been a gem to work with and replaced our ceiling fan after we had a major water leak damage it!
