Things were going well, this is my third apartment I’ve had bargain Bob put the Carpet in. However, I believe I have two different colors or maybe the grain was installed in properly. The front porch is not glued down and they made quite a mess. No one has bothered to call me back. third time customer last time customer .
I was referred to bargain Bob’s by my installer who was unavailable when I needed the carpet installed I called. I spoke with the sales person. They told me they come out. I was unavailable. They came out the next day they quoted at the same day. I approved it. They installed it the next Monday. The installers were fantastic very clean very organized very efficient. Very respectful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
What a joke. They were supposed to show up Monday then called and said Thursday. Thursday arrives told Friday. Friday arrives past installer arrival time call the office told truck is delayed guaranteed Monday install. Told installer will arrive between 11am-1pm. 1pm and no installer again back to endless calls to get help. Around 2:30pm a female is dropped off to do the install.
