Just moved here & found this newer, secure place to store my overflow. Very reasonable month-to-month rate to protect my stuff. More room than I need but like everyone else; always buying more stuff. Staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. Access in-n-out is very easy with a large gate to drive through if you’re storing a large recreational vehicle, boat or trailer. November 22, 2024 I rented a unit online and when I first opened the unit I realized the roof was leaking and the floor was all wet. I went into the office and asked for a new unit, they didn’t have the same size available but did have a larger unit. I paid the extra fees to get this larger unit to then find that it had a 1”-2” gap from the floor to the ceiling along the back wall. This is a fantastic facility. Kia is amazing and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
When employees decidedto show up on January 2nd. They proceeded to issue paperwork saying i had violated their policy for paying rent. I paid rent at 5:30 by check to the office. Yet they treated me like I was cheating them.
Nice clean facility! Wonderful staff! Kia and Rob make it easy and are very helpful.
