Just moved here & found this newer, secure place to store my overflow. Very reasonable month-to-month rate to protect my stuff. More room than I need but like everyone else; always buying more stuff. Staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. Access in-n-out is very easy with a large gate to drive through if you’re storing a large recreational vehicle, boat or trailer. Very Bad company.... The Office is almost always closed. I canceled my Unit back in April, No one was in the office again, so I called and was directed to the Corp office call center where I canceled my unit. He said all was done and that was it. In may I was billed again. I called them, left a message, since No one was in the office. Never heard back from, So I canceled my credit card and now they are sending me to collections. I call and email them, but I can never get a hold of them and they don't return messages.
My husband and I have stored our trailer (and have had a storage unit) at this facility for several years. Earlier this summer he was laid off, and with his industry, finding new work has been challenging. With three boys at home, we’ve been doing everything we can to keep life stable for them while juggling a significantly reduced income. Robert is a nice guy but struggled to get us through the process of getting us the unit we got. We sat in the office for a long time, probably about an hour and 15mins.
Dencil was amazing, made the process super easy & pain free!! I also really enjoy the new tech so far!
