My experience was wonderful.. from start to finish.. read the welcome package that’s mailed to you. Respond quickly because the SSA has deadlines.. Barnes Disability always responds quickly.. They answered the phone every time I called.. it never rolled over to voicemail.. I never had to call back or wait for someone to call me back.. My question was answered right then and there.. they pull your case up right over the phone without putting you on hold.. I was impressed.. I highly recommend Barnes Disability..
