Over all was a good experience. Only difficulty was getting the call center to answer. The onsite manager took care of that . Once on the line the process went very smoothly. Onsite manager very helpful.

I am totally disgusted with this place. One hand does not know what the other is doing. They have made changes to my account by their own. I have done the psperwork they requested & they still act as if I did not. I paid 2 months in advance for half price & they are trying to collect full price a month & a half ahead of time. They are totally F'd up & I'm tired of chasing my tail on their behalf. Evetything has been reported more than once by email & by phone calks. I'm sick of it.
