Over all was a good experience. Only difficulty was getting the call center to answer. The onsite manager took care of that . Once on the line the process went very smoothly. Onsite manager very helpful.

Patricia was very helpful and patient when I moved in. Aron helped me move out and answered all my questions. Just make sure to get in touch with the property manager who works in one of the units often because there's some lag in information between the call center and the actual storage facility.
