This building, the property management company, and landlords, are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough good things. Any problem that has occurred in regards to the building, or anything, they have been On It within minutes. Definitely a 5 star rating deserved!
The staff are very friendly and prompt - whenever there is an issue with anything, they get back to you immediately respond and often come to fix it the very same day; the other residents of this building are all very kind and respectful and you absolutely can’t beat the location. :)
Paul is a gem but Cindy is the worst. Also the unit is loud as anything don’t expect you’ll have any sleep. This place is poorly managed, we didn’t have a functional laundry machine since February.
I had an issue in my apartment, and everyone went above and beyond to solve it quickly and efficiently, even after normal business hours. Everything in the building is always well-cared for.
The staff were great at quickly resolving issues with the unit when moving and very friendly. The location is fantastic and seems to be the best bang for your buck in HRM!
