Incredible Doctors and Practitioners! I have loved my experience with this office. The staff is all so caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients and it shows! I do telehealth and it has been great! I did not want to switch doctors once I moved back to Jacksonville because they have been the best!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

The staff was very accommodating and my initial visit with Cindy was so informative and she explained everything in detail. The appointment was not rushed. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. I felt like I’ve been a patient there for years.
Cindy Chin my NP is wonderful. She’s very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and very caring. The staff there are all very professional and courteous. My appointments for the past few months have been through télé-health which I appreciate tremendously.
