If you read through these reviews you can see Trey is amazing! Trey came out today to finish up a job from a crew from the day before and his service was excellent! If you use Barrs ask for Trey. Trey is so kind, has a great upbeat attitude, and is very thorough. Even at the end of the day on a Friday he still maintained an awesome attitude. I appreciate Barrs for sending him to the rescue. I’m giving 5 stars for Trey.

We called for an estimate on replacing the 26y/o water heater in our mobile home. David came out timely and evaluated what we had, provided information on options for a replacement and answered all our questions fully. He provided the estimate same day, allowing us to evaluate what would meet our needs. We were very happy with the prompt service and clear, timely communication. We had a major re-piping job we needed done and Barr’s had the knowledge and expertise we needed! Jason and Jessica were lovely to plan and coordinate with. Anthony, Trey and Garrett were kind, professional, showed up early, and worked hard all day to get us running water. Barr’s explained everything to us and saved us from probably spending more on slab repairs by doing the re-pipe. We now have a plumber we trust that we can call if anything pops up! I was told one price and when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged a completely different amount. I have tried to reach out to figure out what the discrepancy is, but no one will return my call. It's been almost a month. I was never shown a screen or asked to sign when my credit card was taken, so I had no idea I was being charged so much more than I was told. What I had them come out to fix couldn't even be done.
