After attempting a refinance on our home loan with Bank of America, Quicken Loan and other loan companies I was asked for many many items to get the loan which slowed down the process. Our loan was an owner finance refinance. Bank of America said they had not seen that before. Quicken loan wanted appraisals and new contacts between myself and the previous owner.
