I had moved and needed this place for all my extra things and found this place. Their prices were great, as well as their service. They have an online autopay option and online account where you can request your move out which I like the convenience of. I will say they do use ai when you try to call if that matters to anyone. You can ask for a person though and I did, I had Marvin help me with my move out and everything went smoothly. I was not informed that there was a severe rat infestation before I moved my things into the unit, and there's hundreds of rats. Also, I was unable to make my payment due to severe illness and having gotten hit by a car, and since I'm on a fixed income, I am perpetually a month behind now. Rather than being at all understanding or trying to help me in anyway shape or form, this company has been threatening to sell my unit , and they've begun locking me out a full four days before my ten day grace period ends, so now instead ... read more
