I was not informed that there was a severe rat infestation before I moved my things into the unit, and there's hundreds of rats. Also, I was unable to make my payment due to severe illness and having gotten hit by a car, and since I'm on a fixed income, I am perpetually a month behind now. Rather than being at all understanding or trying to help me in anyway shape or form, this company has been threatening to sell my unit , and they've begun locking me out a full four days before my ten day grace period ends, so now instead ... read more
They are patient and they were nice they had a storage and clean one out for me to take thay was more convenient for me
I have had a storage unit here for the past couple years. They have really cleaned this place up. Priscilla is an awesome manager, the best. She is super-friendly and really goes out of her way to be helpful. Two thumbs up!!
Marvin was a great help. But I went to the office to have them help me fill out the paperwork n see the unit I was renting. A car was parked by the door but No one was in the office n the doors were locked. I called a rep I spoke to told me someone was there. I told her I wanted to see the unit I was renting n she said she will call someone to show it to me tomorrow. I told her tomorrow was too late.
