Dr. Hall is fantastic. My consultation and pre op appointments were extremely informative. She went out of her way to check on me after my procedures. I have appreciated her attention to detail to get the perfect crown lengthening cosmetic outcome. She was always a calming presence even though the dentist had made me nervous as I’ve gotten older.
Dr.Hall is such a nice person and a wonderful periodontist! She did an excellent job on my gum graft! Her entire office staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s a rare thing these days for a doctor/surgeon to call and check in on you personally after your surgery, but to do it multiple times and after hours, is RARE!! I have a huge fear of having dental work done, but she’s so nice and very knowledgeable, I knew immediately I was in great hands!
Happy to rate Dr Bass as 5 star. Had a painless skin graft. Everything was very well done. Got an appointment in a few days. Regular dentist was 5 weeks, which was a problem. They don't take insurance, but will file for you. Not taking insurance allows them to charge more.
Dr. Bass and team are outstanding. They do an amazing job caring for each and every patient, when questions need to be answered Dr. Bass is willing to jump on a call and listen to his patients’ needs. This is my second time having a procedure with him, all the staff have been very supportive and comforting. I am extremely pleased with the treatment and experiences I have had with this team!
I chose Bass & Hall Dental because of the outstanding reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. Dr. Bass solved my dental issue and was very patient focused.
