I chose Bass & Hall Dental because of the outstanding reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. Dr. Bass solved my dental issue and was very patient focused. He took great care to ensure I would not experience any pain. The charge was reasonable for the procedure. The office is friendly and very efficient. My experience was very positive. Thank you.
Dr.Hall is such a nice person and a wonderful periodontist! She did an excellent job on my gum graft! Her entire office staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s a rare thing these days for a doctor/surgeon to call and check in on you personally after your surgery, but to do it multiple times and after hours, is RARE!! I have a huge fear of having dental work done, but she’s so nice and very knowledgeable, I knew immediately I was in great hands!
Happy to rate Dr Bass as 5 star. Had a painless skin graft. Everything was very well done. Got an appointment in a few days. Regular dentist was 5 weeks, which was a problem. They don't take insurance, but will file for you. Not taking insurance allows them to charge more.
Feel like family! Clear explanation of concerns and proposed treatments and/or procedures. No pressure or required acceptance of proposed treatments/procedures/plans. Collaboration with other specialists very well coordinated and communications are thorough and timely. Friendly and very accommodating staff and associated personnel and practitioners.
I am a retired registered dental hygienist. There are plenty of options in the DFW area for great periodontists and implant specialists. I have known Dr. Hall personally and professionally for over 20 years. I would not have trusted my treatment with anyone else.
