Dr Hall is very sweet and understanding. The office staff very nice. Highly recommended.
This was my first experience with Dr. Hall. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Hall took explaining each and every step of the evaluation as well as what to expect in the procedure. I feel comfortable going into the procedure and knowing what to expect. The office workers were welcoming and thoroughly explained the cost of the procedure as well as options on how payment could be made. I would definitely recommend the practice of Drs. Hall and Bass.

There is never any waiting past your appointment time. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I personally have not experienced any discomfort or pain from any of the surgeries or procedures I have had. What's not to like. You did great.

Dr Bass is always on time. He and his staff are amazing . They work around your schedule as much as possible. I think the patient centered approach starts at the top with Dr Bass and filters down to the entire staff. I couldn’t be happier
