Sam came out to perform a seasonal check-up on our A/C system. I was alerted as to when he would arrive and he did so on time. He was very personable and professional. He provided excellent advice on things to be aware of and he changed our filters and ran tests on the condenser unit. We have a fairly new unit so I didn’t expect any problems and he didn’t try to find any or push for repairs that were unnecessary. I would use them again, and plan to in the fall for our furnace system.
The technicians have always been well mannered and professional. They ask questions concerning the repairs. Put on Shoe protection covering. Explains the problem if any, explains procedures of what they will be doing to repair, replace or tuneup. I’ve had them for several repairs and maintenance check up
