What a great job!!! From the free estimate to the installation! Great financing options so don’t wait until you can afford it, our payments are $140 a month! Our job was removing our bathtub and going to a walk in shower, with our customized details. The guys showed up at 8:10 and were all cleaned up and done at 1:30pm the same day. Great workers, explaining everything and answering all questions with attention to detail. All new plumbing, flooring and drywall. Great job all around from front office to end product. The technician (Joey) who did our install was courteous, informative, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough! From start to finish he explained what he was doing and what was next. He made sure our flooring was well protected and completely cleaned up everywhere and everything. The quality of his workmanship was evident throughout the work and in the end product. We are very happy and satisfied with our investment and recommend Bathfitter to all.
Overall it was a great experience with Bath Fitter. Tom, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of assisting me pick out my options to make my new shower exactly how I wanted it. Brenden was the guy that did the install on my new shower and he did an amazing job! Arrived right on time, (I was told between 0800-0900 and he was at my door right around 0830 ready to get started). He was efficient, professional, and friendly. He did a thorough job of explaining everything when he was done as well.
Todd from Bathfitters came out today and installed a new walk in shower in my upstairs bathroom -- replaced old shower stall. Todd did an absolutely stellar job! He worked nonstop for 6 hours, always pleasant and professional, cleaned all the mess up so it looks like he was never here, and the end install is beautiful! I was really pretty anxious about this install, but Todd made it a breeze. Our experience with Bath Fitter was outstanding!! Billy our salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our ideas. Our installer Chuck was great!! He came at the expected time and installed our new walk in shower that met our expectations. Clean up was done. He was professional and friendly to work with. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone!!
