Over priced for Bathtub sleeve only but great quality and service . At last I am hoping will last for long time $2025.00 . I am very happy replacing the old Green color.
I had a similar experience with the sales representative as Samantha Rooney below. In addition, the rep took incorrect measurements and ordered the wrong tub. We only found out on the installation date that it wouldn't fit our tub and it was the wrong design! Another rep had to come to remeasure and I am still waiting to hear back on an install date after having ordered the tub in mid-June.
Our salesperson measured our tub twice ( two different days) and that was not enough. The one day install is now ten days and counting. The shower header for the glass door and the door itself were short. Both items had to be reordered. Also, no corner shelf was installed. The fixtures are all not aligned with drain. I have a shower curtain temp so we can shower since it's the only bathroom. The pic with shower curtain is where the glass door should be. For the high cost I expected better service or at least compensation.
About 5 years ago Bath Fitter installed new tile and tub. My wife and I were very pleased with their product and their workmanship. Now I needed my tub area re caulked. Their technician, Daniel, was excellent. He took out all the old caulking, cleaned the area and put new caulking in. Our tile and tub area now looks brand new. And this service is free. It comes with your original purchase. Highly recommend Bath Fitter and, if you ever need a serviceman, make sure to ask for Daniel.
I am sooo happy over the service- Jason Szalai is amazing!!!! Along with Kyle O Gormen . This process has been easy, but most of all professional.
