Ian was very professional and very particular how the job was finished. Even down to the Their work was excellent! They were very nice and put drop cloths down on my carpet. Matt the salesman knew how to take the proper measurements and pictures of the old tub. He did a great job. Steve the plumber was very knowledgeable also. I like the fact if something is wrong with the faucets, drain or the caulking anything Bath Fitter will come out and make it right and fix it. That is what I call service after the sale. Beautiful results, finally a clean tub! The salesman and the installers were nice and professional!
Very professional service! Sales rep was not pushy. Plumber and installer arrived on time and did their work well and finished in one day, as advertised. Staff called to check on everything and after discussing concern for my 92 yr old mom having trouble with balance and stability on the shower floor, someone was sent to spray an anti-slip finish on the floor at no extra charge! Very satisfied with the work.
