I dont even know where to begin. This is by far the worst experience dealing with the business that I have ever had in my life. The general manager completely lied to our face regarding the actual completion of the job. They used unsupervised subcontractors to actually do the install, which they dont tell you. The entire office is incredibly disorganized with no communication. Simply put the worse experience ever. Signed contract 10/2021. Shower out of commission for 9 months. Literally just finished 2/2023. Bad customer service, except when they want to get paid. Owner threaten to *** us (turn us over to legal) one day after they finally finished the work because we did pay the balance - they wanted the contractors to collect the balance. I agreed to allow this company to do work at my house. Before I signed the paperwork, I asked if they had their own installers. They said that they did. I had my gutters replaced with the filter system. When the couple got to my residence, I found out that they were self employed. The issue I had with them, is that cut one of the downspouts short. This is the WORST company I have ever encountered - I working on contacting the Media and seeing if I can get some assistance from them on the horrible job they did. The experience wasn't any better. We got a shower install that took just shy of a year to complete, then after they came out twice to "measure" they didn't even bring or have my shower door so now I have NO shower door. Im sorry. We dont even know how to respond to this. Absolutely none of this happened, nothing even remotely close to this happened. Our customer is her father. He is fine with everything as it is progressing. We have no idea how ******************** came up with this . I would select 0 stars, but that is not an option. This company has had deplorable customer service to say the least. Our sales man ***************** told us the timeline was 4-6mo and penciled us in for a 4mo install. When 4 months came and went with no word, so I started trying to get answers. I worked at Bath Planet in the office as an assistant to the receptionist back in 2020. This was honestly the worst company I have ever worked for in my experience. The company laid off every hourly rate employee (me) and cut everyone on salary by 40%. It was kind of a big deal in the office that day. Apparently they couldnt even keep the lights on. Had less than great experience with this company. Would not recommend to any family or friends. Lack of ****************************** The work was far from professional for the amount of money spent on a remodel of a shower. Buyer beware.
