The biggest draw for me is a one day turnaround. Stanley definitely ran into some problems with my older home, but he worked until everything was resolved. My shower looks wonderful. Very happy. I do think I over paid. This will be my only bathroom with this company

Dave and Cody came by and they were outstanding. A calm professional demeanor Dave had. He was very knowledgeable. Without being pushy Cody also provided solid information. I bought a new shower today and Dave and Cody were the biggest reasons why I committed today just a great presentation
I recently made a purchase from Bath Planet. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process. Dave was very thorough and professional when explaining all the options available for the perfect walk in shower.
While the representative, James Menard, was professional and courteous my contract clearly stated that 2 paper checks would be required, one for the down payment and one for the balance. After the job was completed, Bath Planet conducted an unauthorized ACH transaction using my account info and took the entire amount. I was not notified of this and staff took and cashed my balance amount check as well. I ultimately paid an extra $7,185 for work and materials that were not worth even $7,000.
