We had a second floor bathroom tub removed and replaced with a shower. It was a wonderful experience! The shower replaced a fiberglass tub and surround. There was a window in the bathroom which we thought would be a problem. Our salesman, Steve Magee, was so easy to work with, guiding us through the process, not pushy, answering all our questions. Roman Szyszka was on-time, well-spoken, and communicated clearly. He answered my questions thoroughly, but didn't use unfamiliar jargon. His manner put me at ease and his professionalism was reassuring. I will be recommending his designer services to my acquaintances.
Roman Szyszka was the Bath Planet representative who came to our home today to give us an estimate of a walk in shower. He was very thorough in taking measurements, explaining everything, and giving us our options. Unfortunately the price was higher than we wanted to pay so we did not make a purchase. Robert Bartlett came to our home and took measurements in to of our bathrooms for shower replacement. He did a great job of explaining their process, showing us samples, and pictures of finished jobs nearby. He then told us the retail price for what we had chosen and walked us thru the discounts and financing options that would be available to us.
