We had a second floor bathroom tub removed and replaced with a shower. It was a wonderful experience! The shower replaced a fiberglass tub and surround. There was a window in the bathroom which we thought would be a problem. Our salesman, Steve Magee, was so easy to work with, guiding us through the process, not pushy, answering all our questions. Robert Bartlett came to our home and took measurements in to of our bathrooms for shower replacement. He did a great job of explaining their process, showing us samples, and pictures of finished jobs nearby. He then told us the retail price for what we had chosen and walked us thru the discounts and financing options that would be available to us. The installation guys did a good job putting in the walk in shower. But I don’t remember the guy who placed the order telling us that the wall they put up would not be refinished. We have to do that. (Using tape, putty, primer, paint.) And where the tub was there is bare wood (studs) where water would leak into the basement. (The tub was wider than this shower.) Very pleasant people to work with from setting the sale to finishing the job. Workers were pleasant stayed busy constantly and answered any question we asked. Very pleased!
