Very pleasant people to work with from setting the sale to finishing the job. Workers were pleasant stayed busy constantly and answered any question we asked. Very pleased!
The installation guys did a good job putting in the walk in shower. But I don’t remember the guy who placed the order telling us that the wall they put up would not be refinished. We have to do that. (Using tape, putty, primer, paint.) And where the tub was there is bare wood (studs) where water would leak into the basement. (The tub was wider than this shower.) The gentleman sent to complete the work was very professional and cleaned up behind himself. The shower itself looks and functions great. While they seem expensive we have no complaints.
I will give this place a three because their work is not exactly what they advertise. We agreed to spend a lot of money for a bathtub / shower installation because they advertised as a one-day installation. I completely understand if a project is too big and it takes more than one day however if you know a project is big you would send more than one person to do the installation. I am so thrilled with my new walk-in shower! Everyone I had contact with during this process was amazing! Thank you Gabe, Jesse, Bradley and the ladies in the office, who were patient and kind when I had any questions or concerns. The shower looks even better than I imagined! If anyone is considering upgrading a bathroom, call Bath Planet!
