Trace and Jake are the dynamic duo! They were very thorough in explaining every detail from the product we are reviewing, financing, timeline from start to finish. Not to mention they were both very professional and respectful. They worked with us to get us exactly what we needed and wanted. It was a pleasure working with the dynamic duo!
Lorenzo was very respectful, knowledgeable and has a go getter attitude. I’d definitely want him back for the final decision my husband and I makes on our new install. He knows the products he’s selling and answered any question that I thought of …. Great guy!!!
Jordan bonk is a great person to work with. He showed me everything from colors to handicap handles. The company he works with is really good. He showed me samples so I know exactly what I signed up for.
Jordan Bonk was the representative from Bath Planet to our home to discuss remodeling our old tub to a new shower. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic a very thorough in his explanation of the process. He helped us understand the specifics of the financing as well. Thanks Jordan.
Jordan Bonk is very professional, reliable, and arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process stress-free. He clearly explained everything upfront and delivered exactly what was promised. Highly recommended!
