Trace and Jake are the dynamic duo! They were very thorough in explaining every detail from the product we are reviewing, financing, timeline from start to finish. Matt was prepared when he showed up and took the time to answer questions that I had but what he told me what would be done was a lie, they didn’t complete the job and they didn’t clean up at the end. I caller them and discussed it with the salesman and they said there was nothing they could do and I still owed them the full amount, I highly recommend NOT using them, you will not get what you pay for,
Jake was fantastic to work with. Gave me a great deal and explained everything that will be done. I have had multiple quotes and Bath Planet was the best by far!!!
