Matt was prepared when he showed up and took the time to answer questions that I had but what he told me what would be done was a lie, they didn’t complete the job and they didn’t clean up at the end. I caller them and discussed it with the salesman and they said there was nothing they could do and I still owed them the full amount, I highly recommend NOT using them, you will not get what you pay for,
Jordan Bonk came to give me an estimate today 6-10-26. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could do to help replace my shower. I just moved back into my home few weeks ago from fire last June, lost my mom and husband 15 days apart. Still unpacking boxes and not know my financial future yet. Then as he was leaving I found out this is his first week!!!! No way! I am so impressed and will recommend him!!
Jake was fantastic to work with. Gave me a great deal and explained everything that will be done. I have had multiple quotes and Bath Planet was the best by far!!!
Jacob Griffin was absolutely wonderful ! He came in, really listened to what we were wanting and gave suggestions per what Bath Planet can do and what he best recommended. Jacob also went above our expectations in explaining all the different products , style, etc offered and answered every single question with no hesitation.
