I've been a client with battleborn for just about a year now.. Everything started off great but then something I know for sure only takes a few months has taken this entire year and from what they tell me, they have no idea when I would get my settlement. They claim to be dealing with NIGA.. NATIONAL INSURANCE GUARANTEE ASSOCIATION but this process has been nothing but bad news after bad news... If you can go to another lawyer do so because this firm is uncertain.

I'm not a direct client of theirs but my daughter is and she's had nothing but issues from what I'm seeing and hearing. She has children and is sick, due to this accident her and her family has lost their vehicle and have been using mine since, WHICH IS NO PROBLEM but they need another vehicle. She calls a case manager named diamond but gets little to no info on her case. I see the stress and desperation in her daily and I don't feel what this firm is doing to her is correct or right.
