This is my favorite urgent care in Battle Creek. They are fast, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. The MA Mariah was amazing. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the doors. This office truly cares about their patients and it’s always so clean.
The provider and MA were both very kind, quick, and listened well to my concerns. I was given medication that is working really well and clearing up the issues I went in for. They have a pharmacy two doors down that got my prescription filled quickly as well which is very convenient.
I honestly did no feel as comfortable as I should have here brought me and my son for personal reasons first time here more so felt as if the physician over talked me as if he knew already what was going on , I’m really confident about taking the time to research and watch my symptoms and son symptoms to know exactly how to explain what’s going on I felt as if he just took it as he wanted to diagnose and just went with it nothing was truly thorough ! Everytime I've come it's been excellent help, and I want to thank the doctors for all the amazing work, and help. :) Amazing place, clean and nice people working here as well. :)
