Great selection of flooring & carpet at a reasonable, affordable price. Dan was very helpful in assisting me with what type of flooring and color schemes would look best in my space. Installers did a mint job, highly recommend to anyone!
When I had a problem with corners lifting on the flooring and ask for them for help they blamed me for the lifting. Had no customer service after they got my money. They blamed me for the problem they became rude to me and made me leave there store. There are so many other good companies with good customer after service. Go else where it’s not worth the troubles this company gives u after they get your money. Thank you
The staff was great and I was told iso was the product. Was given a lifetime warranty. However the installation is terrible. Multiple holes, gaps too big and scratches were put in the walls. Shortly after install pieces of the flooring started buckling like they were in too tight. After waiting 3 months for this to be fixed and they never came just tried to pay me off with $120 bucks. The staff became very rude and insulting when I called to ask them to fix it. They never fixed it I had to have someone else come in and fix... read more
