I called spoke to Adrian. He gave me a quote over the phone and a time of how long it would take. I told him I was on my way. They immediately got me in the shop replace my tire, and I even ended up with a newer tire than what I was originally requesting and let me tell you people these guys stand on what they say I didn’t pay a penny anymore Than what he quoted me even though the tire was worth more than that thank you guys, Freddy Davis, owner operator and CEO of mud cat logistics appreciate your service and professionalis... read more

Stopped by to have our tires checked (automatic gauges not working right) -- we are from Utah and a long way from home. The people at Bauer could not have been nicer -- got us in right away, checked out and readjusted the tire pressure, and wouldn't take a dime for their work. Fine people and great professionals. The best.
With mixed emotions, Im glad they could help me, but short of using any profanity, the cost was unsettling. Their tire pricing was inline, but the service work was double what I pay at home......
