I called the office for more information about leasing and their voice message states “if you’re interested in applying please pick an application in person in the office” I get to the office and the agent/person on duty tells me “We’re not open to the public” after I tell her that the voice message says otherwise she Rudely repeats herself with no explanation! Change your voicemail and train your employees with better customer service skills.
Renters Beware before you decide to live here. Ive been living here since 2013 so I’ve seen management and supers leave left and right. The super they have here now is every lazy when it comes to getting things fixed especially the emergency ones, what’s the point of management getting giving him apartment to stay in so that he can be on call for emergencies when he never comes out until normal business hours or the next day.
