I had my appointment today. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy to see Kelly after reading all the positive reviews about her. I left happy and satisfied.
Adding to previous review: Dr Patel, I received your letter stating that I was disrespectful and threatened your staff. I would never threaten anyone. I was upset because I wanted to talk with you and get a copy of my pathology report, because of my previous procedures done 6 months ago at John Hopkins. My friend is absolutely beside themself as a patient. No return calls after a very worrisome procedure. Bedside manner is still taught isn’t it?
I had a Dr Patel do some testing 3 years ago. I was told to be return in 3 to have tests run again. 6 weeks ago I called to set up an appointment & at that time I verified my insurance. It's been a long 6 weeks as I am experiencing some very serious gastro issues . it's concerning as I have a lengthy family history of issues.
