Bay Area Storage has been extremely easy to work with. Clean, safe and well managed. The people in the office and on the phone have been very pleasant and friendly, especially Uriel Rodriguez who helped me out with a lock for my unit. We have had nothing but good experiences since our organization starting using this storage facility. we started out with a small unit and have recently expanded which was extremely easy because staff is responsive and friendly. Pricing is fair help, staff support and communication is easy, and overall quality of experience is good.
