I’ve had nothing but excellent service when visiting both the Nowra and Tomerong vet clinics. Every vet and vet nurse I’ve encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I took my little girl back today for her eyes, and as always, Vet Jeremy was extremely thorough and communicated everything clearly. Thank you to the whole team for always looking after my fur babies as if they were your own. 🐾💕 Jacob

We were very impressed with the level of care the staff gave our little girl . She had a teeth clean and needed a couple to be extracted. The after care was properly conveyed to us and the cost was very reasonable. We thoroughly recommend Bay and Basin veterinary.
Our only child is a fur baby Maggie she is rescue and we have had her for 11 years A few weeks ago we noticed that she was in a bad way so off to see Jeremy and she was not going to bad but later on in the evening she did go down hill. Jeremy was very helpful when we bought her in , she had gone in her back legs, Jeremy was upset and admitted Maggie then and there. A very big thank you goes out to the dedicated , compassionate Veterinarian and staff at the Bay & Basin Animal Hospital late yesterday afternoon 01/ 11/2024 for their outstanding care and professional treatment to euthanasia our beloved Cavalier Houston on helping ease his pain! He was our heart and soul of our family for 16 years 7 months and was much appreciated at this of grief !
