I’ve had nothing but excellent service when visiting both the Nowra and Tomerong vet clinics. Every vet and vet nurse I’ve encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I took my little girl back today for her eyes, and as always, Vet Jeremy was extremely thorough and communicated everything clearly. We were very impressed with the level of care the staff gave our little girl . She had a teeth clean and needed a couple to be extracted. The after care was properly conveyed to us and the cost was very reasonable. We thoroughly recommend Bay and Basin veterinary.
Our only child is a fur baby Maggie she is rescue and we have had her for 11 years A few weeks ago we noticed that she was in a bad way so off to see Jeremy and she was not going to bad but later on in the evening she did go down hill. Jeremy was very helpful when we bought her in , she had gone in her back legs, Jeremy was upset and admitted Maggie then and there. I cant speak highly enough of Jeremy and the team at Bay and Basin Animal Hospital. I am a new chicken owner and had a very sick chook. Jeremy was informative, caring and happy to help out late in the afternoon, fitting us in and taking care of her. Highly recommended.
