I’ve had nothing but excellent service when visiting both the Nowra and Tomerong vet clinics. Every vet and vet nurse I’ve encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. I took my little girl back today for her eyes, and as always, Vet Jeremy was extremely thorough and communicated everything clearly. Thank you to the whole team for always looking after my fur babies as if they were your own. 🐾💕 Jacob

I cant speak highly enough of Jeremy and the team at Bay and Basin Animal Hospital. I am a new chicken owner and had a very sick chook. Jeremy was informative, caring and happy to help out late in the afternoon, fitting us in and taking care of her. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the level of care the staff gave our little girl . She had a teeth clean and needed a couple to be extracted. The after care was properly conveyed to us and the cost was very reasonable. We thoroughly recommend Bay and Basin veterinary.

I have just left the surgery with my cat 🐈. My cat and I were seen on short notice, despite this we were both treated with care and professionalism. Goals and treatment were discussed in a manner that was easy to understand and the outcome was positive. I am very pleased with the professionalism of staff and will continue to seek treatment (for the cat) there. Julia.
