Went in for a root canal treatment.. felt better in 2 days, Lisa and the staff were so kind and polite. The doctor was wonderful too.. Everyone was delightful, listen to clients and staff while I was waiting, and they answered all questions kindness.. Lisa was so kind and gave me lots of suggestions when i told her i had to have my wisdom teeth pull out too..Dr Fox and Staff great job guys for being a welcomed clinic. 👏 😊
100% positive on every level. I had an emergency situation and Dr. Fox and the entire staff accommodated me. Without that accommodation, my chemo treatment would have been delayed. And it was a very complex, far from ordinary root canal! Dr. Fox managed to save my tooth, and as a result an entire bridge structure, a week before my chemo treatment. I had a difficult experience at another dental clinic where a root canal was performed incorrectly and almost perforated the side of my tooth. The whole team at Bay Bloor was exceptional. From the front desk to the recovery, I felt supported and understood as a patient. I also want to point out everyone's exceptional bedside manner. Dr. Fox was prompt and attentive to how comfortable I was. My tooth looks beautiful after the root canal. Thank you!
Had my root canal done yesterday and feeling great today - no soreness or pain at all! The whole office end to end (Lisa, dental support staff, Dr. Fox) was incredible - professional and kind. I was very anxious about my first root canal but it was surprisingly painless and I felt supported throughout the whole process. Definitely recommended this office.
