I had a difficult experience at another dental clinic where a root canal was performed incorrectly and almost perforated the side of my tooth. The whole team at Bay Bloor was exceptional. From the front desk to the recovery, I felt supported and understood as a patient. I also want to point out everyone's exceptional bedside manner. Had my root canal done yesterday and feeling great today - no soreness or pain at all! The whole office end to end (Lisa, dental support staff, Dr. Fox) was incredible - professional and kind. I was very anxious about my first root canal but it was surprisingly painless and I felt supported throughout the whole process. Definitely recommended this office.
Very smooth and pleasant experience with Dr Fox today. Got an infected root canal retreatment done today - 2+ hour procedure! I did not feel a thing!! Numbness has worn off and my mouth feels like it hasn’t even been touch - back to normal! One more root canal to go in the coming weeks ! Thx Dr Fox & staff !
