Very happy with my visit today. Everyone was so professional, and I was greeted warmly by everyone I came in contact with. The front office staff was pleasant, efficient, and extremly patient with patients who did not have ins cards, picture ID, orders, etc. The ultrasound and mammography techs were delightful,and kept things moving right along. Dr Weintritt-Davis is a wonderful provider and makes you feel at ease right from the start. She is top notch and I would give her 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
Ann, Brittany, and Kara were most helpful, professional, courteous and efficient. Dr. Weintritt found my cancer at the tiniest size. 5 years cancer free. Thank you all!
Mammo done in November and didn't get any news back after calling 4x. Finally got a call a month later telling me I needed an ultrasound urgently. Took another month before they sent results to my dr. By then I was a train wreck. Then the dr office needed clarification on it and they didn't respond for another 3 weeks. Now I'm heading in for a diagnostic because my dr found 2 lumps. Needless to say I am going elsewhere.
I had a mammogram done 7/28/25, finally read 8/25/25. The questions and answers on the website say results in 2-3 days. I was told by receptionist that the Radiologist was catching up readings on weekends. Left 2 messages for the Officer Manager never returned my call. I have been a patient here for 8 years and was disappointed.
Scheduling by phone is horrible. I called at 440 and the message said close at 6 pm and was caller no 6. I sat on the phone for 38 min. I was finally no 1 and after 15 min I hung up. I called back and it goes to voicemail and says close at 5. Really? Very frustrating!!!!
