Vaco is a freelancer's best friend. A client I'd been doing business with for years selected them to manage their contract employees and I couldn't be happier with their service. Grace O'Neill went above and beyond as the recruiter I worked with at Bay State. She was incredibly responsive and efficient, even working after hours to make sure I was ready and prepared for my interview. Finding a job is difficult and her calm manner, understanding attitude and effort to find the right fit makes it manageable and less stressful.
