Rich was the best! He came out on a Sunday, which is rare, and didn't charge us extra. I've used the big guys you see in commercials before and Bayside was just as fast, and more affordable. He also kept us in the loop of when he could come and when he was 15 mins away from my house. We will always recommend them from here on out!

I am not sure how Bayside Garage doors have a 5 out of 5 stars. The first time Jonah came to my house he “supposedly” changed a limit switch because my garage when closed then opened. 28 days later, I was having the same issue. I had to wait 2 weeks before they could come out again. This time I stayed in my garage and watched Jonah work. He changed the limit switch AGAIN. We couldn’t get our garage door to open and close. We called Bayside and they were here in just a few hours. It turned out that we needed a new garage door opener as ours was almost 20 years old. The technician installed a new opener after presenting our options. He was very helpful making sure our vehicles and WiFi was set up to operate the new opener before leaving. I highly recommended them.
