Great experience with Bayside. Non emergent issue, but Jonah was out the next day and immediately identified and fixed the issue. He stayed and made sure we didn’t have any questions and made himself available for any in the future. Their prices are significantly lower than competitors that advertise on tv with the same, if not better quality. Highly recommend.

Rich was the best! He came out on a Sunday, which is rare, and didn't charge us extra. I've used the big guys you see in commercials before and Bayside was just as fast, and more affordable. He also kept us in the loop of when he could come and when he was 15 mins away from my house. We will always recommend them from here on out!

I do not recommend Bayside Garage Doors. The technician was late, didn’t seem knowledgeable, and the repair felt rushed. Within a week, the same issue came back. I reached out for a follow-up, but they either ignored my calls or kept pushing back the appointment. Poor customer service and zero accountability. Save your time and money—look elsewhere.

Great experience! Jonah called in advance, was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. He evaluated my issue, provided options, and completed the work quickly. Not my first time using Bayside Garage Doors and I would continue to highly recommend!

Great service! My garage door got messed up after losing power with the storm. They were able to come out first thing in the morning the day after I called, even though they were busy. My opener needed to be reprogrammed, they found this right away and got my garage fixed in about 15 minutes. Very fair price. I really appreciate the work!
