Place has a pool and small gym and is close proximity to downtown. Lots of great food around at the market across the street and a great seafood restaurant in the building. Convenient app controlled laundry to let you know when your clothes are finished. Cleaning staff are onsite every morning taking care of the place. We lived here for many years and it's a great place to get to work easily.
I only gave a one star rating because there’s no 0 stars available for rating. This DUMP is not worth your money. Right now, BOTH elevators are out of order. The A/C hasn’t worked for MONTHS despite numerous maintenance requests. Oh! And then they “close” your maintenance issue request by stating that it’s been “resolved” and that’s a LIE. Management is never available, unless of course you’re here to sigh a lease contract, then she is definitely available then! LOTS of homeless people in the area that wash in the pool area... read more
Mitch is so kind, she was very patient helping us out with getting all the paperwork and signatures ready to move in. We have a great view of the bay! Apartment is nice and clean, we have the furnished apartment, everything is pretty new especially the carpet that is new! She also came in on Labor Day.. amazing experience so grateful !!
This is a good place to live in do you want to have a nice view? Go from floor 5 and above. Anyway a while ago this tower was a hotel so the units have a service kitchen its like you live in a small suite in a hotel. The manager “Irene” is the greatest manager I have ever seen super helpful and always welcoming, people who are saying bad things I am sure they rented the apt from the owners ( you can buy apts there)not from the office manager and then they blame her for anything happening in the apt that they rented from owne... read more
I Guess things are ok besides a few minor things as of need a better parking clicker batteries run out once a week and all the keys don't fit the front door I have to use the swimming pool door
