I would like to thank Mr Hunt for allowing us to store our boat at his place for the days we asked. Baywood Storage is a very secured location with coded access for the folks that need to store their belongings, As in our boat at this time. Baywood helped us out in a time of need. I strongly recommend this place for any storage needs. We really appreciate your help!
Great customer service, great prices! Had a storage building here for 3-4 years, never once increased rent like storage buildings I’ve had in the past. Much appreciated!
Customer service is good as long as the owner is away. Everything else about this place sucks. No security, no cameras, you can squeeze thru gate. Rats, snakes, and spider infested. rotting buildings, leaking roofs, and it's a burglars paradise. What a dump!. Priced way too high and late charges by the day. Crooks
This place is under new management/ownership, and working very hard to update and repair this old storage facility. I have never met any management at a storage facilty that would go so far out of their way to accommodate their customers. Any issues that arise are taken care of promptly and in a very professional manner. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
Good location. Easy access. Had a small issue and called the office. It was repaired before i picked up my boat that afternoon. Great service!
