We had wind damage and Zach reached out to address it. Roof was in way worse condition than expected and he worked tirelessly with me and my insurance to get this covered. He kept checking in with me with updates and came by several times to check out every little detail, whether it was checking out vents in the attic, thorough walk throughs, potential leaks, etc. He made sure that there were no surprises. We couldn’t be happier with our experience in choosing BCS for our new siding! It was a seamless process and Austin was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and insightful. The team who worked on the project were professional, paid attention to detail, and did an amazing job. We are very happy with our siding!
BCS was very professional and responsive to our needs with respect to walking us through the new roof process. They were helpful with communicating with Insurance to helping select the appropriate new roofing materials. The crew that completed the work did an excellent job! We are very happy with the overall process BCS has provided!
10/10 would recommend! Cody responded promptly and the job was done extremely quickly! Would have never known they were there (except a beautiful brand new roof put on afterwards) the aftermath was cleaned up great! Cody was flexible and easy to get ahold of if or when I have questions.
Austin at BCS Roofing was incredibly helpful to us when our roof started leaking in the middle of the night due to a bad storm. He came over in the morning to assess the damage and had it fixed the same day. He was professional and generous. We will definitely be using BCS Roofing again in the future.
